So at the Temple Bar we found:
The temple bar memorial, which has a dragon on top.
The memorial sits directly in front of the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Royal Courts of Justice.
We learned that all of the buildings in this area, which includes more then just the two I named, were originally owned by the Knights Templar.
We learned that the Queen has to get permission from the Lord Mayor to enter this area. i.e. Temple Bar.
So we know that the Knights Templar were in charge of this area at the entrance to London, where even the Queen's authority is not honored, and that
there is one of the largest banks in the world here today guarded by a dragon statue.
That was all for our first stop and then we moved on to Plantation Ln.
