I suspect many go into politics looking forward to the proviso that they have carte blanche.
It's all an egocentric romp until someones caught with a tart or found slumped with a mouth full of orange and their cock in their hand. Hmmmm, maybe that should be their right honourable member in their hand...

And what happens when the political elite are involved in assaults, violence etc, They are given community service. Another slap in the face for the electorate.

Falkirk East MP whom was arrested for common assault was sentenced to over 12 months community service and fined over £3000 for his participation in a bar brawl. At the House of Commons:

MP Eric Joyce has been fined £3,000 and banned from pubs for three months after he admitted assaulting politicians in a House of Commons bar.

The Falkirk MP headbutted Conservative MP for Pudsey Stuart Andrew during a brawl at the Strangers' Bar.

He also hit Tory councillors Luke Mackenzie and Ben Maney, and Labour whip Phil Wilson, MP for Sedgefield.

Now if this was an ordinary citizen, they would have been facing a jail sentence. Now we can all see it is one rule for them and another rule for the rest of us.

The UK Justice system is complete joke.

A shining example of humanity.
