Need help with Adobe After Effects!

Needed help from anyone who is decently adept at using Adobe After Effects to create a simple interactive YouTube video for my groups FREE single "Taking Over." The video will comprise of simple photo layovers of the group members throughout the entirety of the song.

Can anyone help a brother out?!

Here is the link to the song; This isn't the HQ version but I can send the Folder with the HQ song and pics to anyone who can help out. I tried to do it myself but got no where for an hour and a half attempt.
