I never thought that dictatorship can return to Russia even under a democratic form.

But it is a fact.

Is clearly looking to create a new balance of power and political influence, and what weapon can be better than the return of some form of dictatorship that could send negative mutual signals to one part of the world also a positive and negative signals to another part of world.

A new cold war this time position in another part of the world, trying to balance the lack of credibility.

Also I could see the repositioning in Europe by returning to the imperial borders by force through us accepting international treaties forced econnomice negative situations and attitudes of these ambiguous results.

So I think that what happened in Russia is a very dangerous game with unpredictable consequences in the future strictly and directly related to the current global negative economic situation.

They can in fact maybe want to return to the old order to the invaluable source of natural resources from former Soviet territories.

The way I figure it, dictatorship never left Russia. Yeltsin winning 92% of votes? Putin being ex-KGB, with huge support from the entire country? Very fishy indeed. My 2 cents.

Russia is pursuing its national interests. The Red Army has been within its own borders for twenty years. Now the men in the Kremlin are asserting their presence again.

The United States moved its presence into the former Soviet Union after 9/11. The fact that the Russians are now reacting does not mean that Russia is under the boot of a dictator. All you can deduce is that national interest is informing Russian foreign policy again.

I agree about the cold-war never actually ceasing. America just won for a while. With electronics being as advanced as they are now it just upped the seriousness especially in light of the news China has built security loopholes in American military parts.

The missile shield kicked things off, but I'm sure Every country on the planet blinked when it went on-line.
