Congress Approval Rating Lower Than Porn

www.huffingtonpost.com...

Congress is just using a backhanded method of raising its approval rating by bumping off da competition....

(Bohemian grove is the biggest employer of gay porn stars ...go figure )
seriously:
Because I do av editing and webwork for Niteflirt workers occasionally I discovered that ATT is in whole or in part the ownership of Niteflirt.
They are forcing the workers to have to use thier services through having the payment processors give them such a hard time that the workers have to use ATT owned Niteflirt who takes sometimes OVER 50 percent of the revenue generated by the workers.

IMHO It isn't about stopping porn
It IS about CORPORATE PIMPING of porn Workers

The idea that the porn sex is preformed by regulated people is silly. Porn is now done by hundreds and thousands of couples and confused people. They don't use condoms. The industry does not rely on porn stars. A tested porn star can still infect people anyway.

Porn is dangerous period. Outlaw it and be done with those freakshows. That sh*t ruins more lives and marriages than it helps. Damns more souls too.

I read some news today about a new law that requires condom use in porn films.

What sense does that make?

Uhh.... it's safer?

Actors are required to test regularly, but you're right.

This is probably to avoid lawsuits concerning STDs and pregnancies contracted while working. It's a strange industry, that's for sure.

Besides, who looks at the guys in porn anyway?

Lol you think they actually test as often as they are supposed to? They try to get around regulations like every other industry, and big-porno (or whatever it's called) doesn't care one way or another for their actors/actresses.
The industry will probably move and cali will be left holding their pud.

There is more than enough porn out there. You could watch porn for 200,000 years straight and never see the same thing twice.

With all the serious STD's why oppose manatory condom use? Better yet, why keep making more porn?

WIth all the inhaled viruses going around why oppose manditory face mask use in all public places? It is a matter of freedom I guess. Too many laws.

Safety equipment is law for construction workers. Why not condoms in the adult industry?

You're forgetting one critical thing: teenagers like to look at porn.

Don't you think that there are some out there that are gullible enough to have sex without a condom because they saw porn stars have sex without condoms?

I think there are.

This really is a straw man argument. Some teenagers "like to look" at action movies and some teenagers like to listen to gangsta rap. Don't you think that there are some out that are gullible enough to assume that it's cool when "my Glock goes pop-pop-pop, another mo-fo drop", or to hot-wire a cat because they saw movies stars do so?

And of course teenagers are forbidden by law to have access to pr0n.

Consenting adults with free will... nope not in Cali, it's against the law!

I guess whoever is pulling the strings over there is trying to play the parent to everyone else, probably thinking their "doing the right thing", ya know for Jesus and stuff.

Self-righteous SOBs imposing their will on innocents, no doubt "for the children". Thanks, but freedom is kind of important to me, and it's crap like this that sets precedents for the removal of additional freedoms in the future. Many people look down on porn so it's an easy target.

I'm a bit ok with different states experimenting with different laws, just as long as the people who live there consent to them. This instance looks to me more like one group with power pushing another group out who doesn't posses the ability to properly defend themselves against the 1st group, because they wield "the law".

Because it is a destructive business that breeds disease, pain and death?

I can bet my house that people eating at McDonalds and/or KFC subject themselves (based on statistics) to a lot more decease, pain and death than those who elect to watch an adult movie once in a while.

Would you like a condom on your burger?

it makes no sense for the government to control the private, non violent behavior of two consenting adults. what's next? throw some anti sodomy laws in the books because disease spread is higher with that? say you can't have two guys on a girl because its disrespectful to women?

They should really bad "double dipping" as it goes, spreading bacteria from the anus to the vagina/mouth cannot be good.

Yeah, I did years in jail for not wearing my hardhat, when I got out I forgot to put my mask on. When I got out again I neglected to have my steel toe boots on and after I got out for that I forgot to wear a condom when sombody put a camera on me. So I went back to jail. You have to be able to enforce laws in order for them to be good, and the area of consenting adults in a private place should never involve the government.

Testing isn't the issue at hand. Its the use of condoms. The reason condoms aren't popular, are because the consumers of the movies, prefer things to look more natural. For many, seeing a condom in a performance, would be like seeing the strings in movie where the characters are flying.

With all due respect, if they really preferred the "performance" to look more natural then neither porn star would shave there genital area and each female star wouldn't have near perfect, non sagged breasts.
Its a condom, it promotes safe sex, it helps protect people while they make a living and it also helps protect porn stars partner in real life. People shouldn't be whiny bitches over the "realism" of it. You like realism so much, why don't you go out and actually have sex!?

Could you put up a link to this, I would like to know who is pushing for a law to make condoms mandatory. Usually there is nothing to stuff like this, just some lawmaker trying to get attention. Or an ATSer.

Shocked and appaled at the OP and others. Maybe you don't follow news since the 80s. There are killer diseases called AIDS. It's spread by unsafe sex. Multiple partners or just one time!

Always always use condoms. ESPECIALLY porn stars! Im grossed out at the pro AIDS folk on here.

Everybody agrees with you. Totally. Especially the porn industry that is leaving Los Angeles to ride bareback in some other town, in some other hotel, in some other rented house with a swimming pool, lights and cameras.

By law I cant get on a construction site without my hard hat on , is it really so much of a hardship for these guys to wear a condom while getting paid to bang some hot babes ? of course it isnt .

I say... WHO CARES, unless you plan on going into the business. The "actors" (and I use that word very loosely, and I use the word loosely with no pun intended) know the risks they are taking by doing what they do. Basically all it is is two, or in some cases more, adults consenting to sex. This is no different than any other consenting sexual situation in one's private bedroom. Are they going to make it law that ALL sex must involve condom use? I think this is more about setting a good example, if you can even believe that.
