ACLU sues Obama administration over premeditated murder lists of Americans.

“A program that authorizes killing U.S. citizens, without judicial oversight, due process or disclosed standards is unconstitutional, unlawful and un-American,” ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero said in a statement announcing the filing of the case against U.S. President Barack Obama, the Defense Department and the Central Intelligence Agency.

Is not this criminal if it is unlawful? Why isn't this being treated as a crime? You know, handcuffs, Miranda rights and all. The president is not above the law. Spin the policy so pre-meditated murder can only be sued in a civil case?

No law enforcement is going to touch this. Can someone explain why to me?

I can deal with a truthful one sentence response.
