Fear is caused by not knowing the truth.
When the truth is known fears falls away.
Not always, depends on what you report that can sometimes be enhanced by knowing the truth if that truth contradicts chronic lies that are placed on a planetary scale.

The lies will not set you free. Only the truth shall set you free.
If you find the truth you will be free.

Do 'you' want to be free of fear?
If you do then you must find out what is true, when you know what is true you will not be scared anymore.

If you find the truth you will be free.
This is a cryptic assertion so long as the relationship between them is well established as a dependent by another one of absolute knowledge.

Do you want to be free of fear?
I don't have fear as long as I always tell the truth,as the real truth cannot born or give any fear at all.

Your english is confusing me. Is my english confusing you?
Forget about relationship. You are the one that is hurting if you are feeling fear. Do you want the fear to continue or do you want it to stop?

I am sorry to repeat this but I don't have or feel fear,as fear is a foreign word to me from many points of view.

No problem,it is about fear and truth like the title says "What is the relation between Truth and Fear....philosophically speaking."

But more .philosophically speaking, and less as an personal experience.

Fear is caused by not realizing the 'one truth'.
When the 'one truth' is realized fear is no more.

Your life must be sweet and easy, just like mine is.

You say....'philosophically speaking, and less as an personal experience.'
Who is it that feels the fear? If you think that fear is something 'out there' that can be cured then 'you' will will be in fear because it is a hopeless battle. Are you trying to cure the world? You can not cure the world, you can only cure your misunderstanding.
It is a misconception to think that anything needs curing 'out there'.

If you know the 'one truth' you would not be concerned with other people and other communities.
You worry - this is fear.

Why concern yourself with 'others'? Projecting 'your' fear on to 'others' does not make the fear go away, 'you' are still feeling it.

When something bad is happening to a community people should usually feel something like an emotion,,,at least compassion if not other things.

so

worrying is not fear.

Worrying, anger, hate, any negative emotion is caused by fear. Fear is one end and truth the other. If you are not peaceful, you are not living in the truth.

Then care about the 'world' if it makes you feel peaceful. I 'know' it does not make you feel peaceful though.
What you 'know' about the world is fed to you through the media. If you think that is the truth then that truth will not set you free, that is the lie that keeps the fear alive.
