I am curious to know if chemtrails will end now that HAARP has been shut down for almost a year and they are actively dismantling it as we speak.

And all the strange weather, earthquakes, and other crap blamed on HAARP. It will be so nice to never have to worry about all that again.

I will add that the title of the Video is over the top, I'm more interested in the content of the video...

Perhaps they've built a 2nd, more efficient machine...

the linked website gives co-ordinates - 43°04'51.75"N 92°48'26.85"E - it's in the wops of China & entering those coordinates into Google gets a slew of results - looks vaguely like an odd airfield, but there's no evidence of aircraft and the runways aren't very long.

theories abound - from something to calibrate spy satellites to a landing field for the Galactic Federation ambassadors, a drone base, "high gain ground antennas" for HAARP 2.0 (or whatever), etc.

I'd be fascinated if anyone does discover what it's for.

I couldn't agree more with your comments.

I think the following quote speaks for itself, or am I making more of it than it actually is?

This tells me, they continue to do the same projects HAARP was doing, only now, nobody knows where it is. I'd imagine it's on one of those islands that is blurred or 'clouded', and likely in protected airspace, so even if you wanted to snoop, your plane will be seized and/or shot down.

You know that satellites travel in the ionosphere, right?

"managing the ionosphere" could be taken to have the same sort of meaning as managing diabetes. It's a problem to communications but it's one we understand and can deal with.
