I love Metallica

good afternoon everyone

Eearlier on i was taking a walk to the shop (lunchtime sunday beer lol)
and as sometimes happens, a stranger asks you for a fag (cigarette/smoke)
im a soft bugger and always roll one up for the person.
Any way they start chatting as they usualy do, and within a minute i knew he wasnt right in the head lol

so i made my excuse to the bloke, and went into the shop got my beer
as i was walking back home i thought to myself
that man has a bit of a reality problem
"He lies so much he believes himself"

then something jingle jangled in my head

"you lie so much you believe yourself"
then i remembered "judge not lest ye be judged yourself"

A little youtube searching and i hit it

METALLICA
holier than though

This tune swept me back to the early 90s in my teenage years (34 now)

Ive been playing this on n off for hours

metallica hasnt been good since the early 80's...

lars is a horrible drummer and the rest of the band regurgitates the same notes, guitar solos, and lyrics from songs they did in the 80s.

I really liked metallica until I banned from using napster because I downloaded a metallica song...a KMFDM remix of a metallica song. I had all their studio albums up to that point, but they quickly started acquiring a layer of dust on top of them. I never saw them the same. I even started using the metallica shirts I had to wash my car with.

Oh yeah! They are BAAAAAAAAAAAD AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZ! Love em! When I was in Real Estate I would slide their cd in and get pumped before an appointment!

I was big into them when Cliff was still around. I do believe I shed a tear or two when his death was announced.

Ride the Lightening has got to be my favorite.

Fade to Black is my all time favorite...well....its right up there with this..



NOT to take away from Metallica at all. The guitar part at the end is just BA and I get the same anxious feeling when I listen to some of Metallica's music. It's love...it's fate!
