Any time, remember that when something breaks out in Athens, this link goes live with multiple feeds. While im on the subject, there has been a rapid
movemant of farmers selling straight to the consumer without the middle man or the large super markets resulting in huge savings profit.
Current set price of 1kg of potatoes at a supermarket store starts at
.80cents ->1.10euro
When the farmers go directly to the consumer they sell it at
1kg of Potatoes for 26cents
As you can see the savings for consumers is insane.Here are some stats from a Sunday's turn out. 70.000 tons of Potatoes sold out in 2.5hrs at a cost
per kg 25cents. These initially were being bought by leading supermarket retail chain stores at a fixed price of 12cents and they didn't accept it
they were left to rot and the farmer would loose his produce. So obviously they took matters into their own hands and did away with the middle man and
supermarket stores and are now selling directly to consumers in open markets.
btw this is not my channel.
