Haha I actually come home (Kingston) every weekend because the girlfriend likes to. The cell causing the tornado warning across Cumberland is a double wall and I think north Kingston like Lawnville, where I am, could be in the path.

There's widespread damage across at least six states, including Indiana, where a massive search and rescue is happening right now in four counties.

Reports had Interstate 65 and U.S. 31 closed in both directions in these southern Indiana areas because of damage.

LOUISVILLE, KY, (PRESS RELEASE) – The American Red Cross is opening a shelter Friday night in Charlestown, IN for residents affected by Friday’s tornadoes. The shelter will be located at
Charlestown High School.
1 Pirate Place
Charlestown, IN 47111.
It will open at 6 p.m. The shelter offers a safe place to stay, food, minor first aid and a shoulder to lean on.
Red Cross workers are also on their way to Washington County Indiana to determine the immediate emergency needs of the community.
For more information on the shelter in Charlestown, please contact the Clark County Red Cross at (812) 283-8416. For those who may need immediate assistance, people should call their local Red Cross Chapter, or call the Louisville Regional Chapter at (502) 589-4450.

OMG those pictures are so frighting. How on earth are we to get through this wide spread disaster? Fuel hikes, Food shortages, and the rise in everything related to the rebuilding process from nails to lumber are going to be sky high.

I know there's been tornados in Esom Hill and Felton.

Heard a bit of thunder that sounded weirdly mechanical. Weird sounds have something to do with the weather maybe? It reminded me of those.

I have to say that the other night when these storms rolled through us here in Missouri, I have NEVER been so frightened, the 'sounds' were what got to me, it was a hellish howling like I have never heard before.

Just found out that I have some friends who are missing. They were in the basement of a home but the home is gone. If you pray, please pray for these people. We're hoping they're just gone to the hospital.
