So, I guess this is my introduction, but not really.

Hey everyone, I've been a longtime reader and activist for ABS for some time now. I read the majority of every forum, and take into consideration what everyone has to say. I enjoyed reading peoples stories, their input on things that some can't explain, updating us with vital news, and so forth. I thought I'd help the cause and create an account so I can tell you guys a few of my stories i've had, and to clarify my cause.

Things about me that I won't go too personal with:

I'm no older than 20.
I am a believer in extraterrestrials and also a believer that we're more capable of space travel (possibly even time travel) than most like to think

Welcome to ATS, it’s time to introduce yourself.

I'm sure you'll understand the necessity for us having rules like this. It helps keep all the great threads and topics in their perspective areas of interest and not all lumped together, making it difficult to find when wanting to make additional comments.

With that said, I'm going to have to close this thread as it does not comply with the above stated rules. Please, after you have managed to get 20 posts under your belt, start your own thread in one of the appropriate areas.

Welcome to ATS. Just a little heads up for you but beforeitsnews is not a well-thought of website here. The video you speak of has been posted today too.

As for photo manipulation, that's also a common topic here. Anyway, I hope you like it here and look forward to seeing you around.

Thanks everyone. And yeah, I get cannabis is a touchy subject, but isn't everything else that we speak about here? I'm not talking strictly Marijuana, It's more of the whole. The uses for cannabis such as fuels and topical treatments for cancer patients and burn patients, and so much more, is worth the discussion in my honest opinion. Just my thoughts though.

And yet unfortunately it is not tolerated here. Any mention of the word even in medical contexts gets deleted immediately. Hemp is another matter though. Search ATS for Hemp subjects and there are a few. Good luck and welcome to ATS.

Haha well maybe I joined the wrong forum then. I figured this was something of an important discussion, seeing as how propaganda and suppression of rights is something that is talked about here. Cannabis is the plant itself, regardless of it's "recreational" purposes (which is what most people think of, and why it is so "shunned"), it has 2x10^10 other purposes, and if I can't talk about that and how propaganda, the war on terror, the war on drugs, and an exceedingly large amount of other things that directly relate to it, then where can I talk about it? Sorry, there isn't any hostility haha, just me voicing my opinion.

You are preaching to the converted here, check my location in my avatar. Even so, I can tell you if that is the one thing you want to discuss here then this is indeed the wrong forum. It is not tolerated at all, period, over and out. It's not my decision and certainly not one I agree with but then again, this isn't my site either.

Fair enough, it was my intention too. Usually a Mod comes along and posts the rules. I can't remember reading rules before I joined up but thankfully alert members are here to help.

Here's a few thoughts before getting onto any one of the 1000's of topical rides at Above Top Secret, also known as ATS, the world's largest Civil & Unique Discussion Community.


* Please check out those links posted above before getting on one of the rides. This will save you a lot of future stress, frustration and possible action by one of your friendly neighborhood Mods!

* Please be sure to act like an 'civil' adult and are at least this tall to get on any of the rides, (Johnny stretches his arm outward).

* Please remember that some members are very passionate and vocal depending on what ride your all on. You should be mentally fit, stable and have a strong stomach for theories, conjecture, research and evidence presented that may be contrary to your own.

* Please be "open-minded" enough to understand that sometimes the ride isn't always what you might expect. Be aware you also might end up learning something new and 'out-of-the-box' before you get off the ride.

* Please note that at times the ride gets overly-heated and "it's strongly suggested" to get off the ride to regroup one's thoughts before continuing. This will also help guarantee that the ride will move forward without getting derailed or explode into a fiery trashbin.

* Please have fun! But be aware that if you act in an uncivil-like manner, use profanity, intentially spread a hoax and/or get verbally abusive, you will be removed off the ride by a Moderator. This is not only for your safety, but also for those both young and old on the ride with you.
