TransCanada will build a shorter version of the pipeline, from Cushing, Oklahoma to the gulf coast refineries and shipping areas in Texas. Because it doesn't cross a US Border, no Presidentail affirmation is needed.

Cushing's storage facillities are full, with not enough transport to ship it, so this will help at least our local economy some, and put more oil to market.
