After all the conspiracies that were created for the assassination of J.F.k.
Maybe the answer is more simple than we tought: The buttler did it!!
In this case buttler could well be Israel.

The motive: J.F.K. wanted to stop the proliferation of nuclear weapons around the world , even for Israel. That meant that israel would have no access to nuclear material and therefore the jews were afraid of getting attacked by their neighbour muslims, so they ought to have nuclear bombs (it was a must), even H-bombs.
J.F.K was in the way......so he got to go....it was bigger than him.
