Three Continents of Latino Music:

South American Continent

North American Continent

European Continent

So much diversity and so many similarities in the same time.

A big variety of cultures means a big variety in music stiles.

Definitions of Latin America vary. From a cultural perspective,* Latin America generally includes those parts of the Americas where Spanish, French or Portuguese prevail:[Mexico, most of Central America, South America. There is also an important Latin American cultural presence in the United States (e.g. California and the Southwest, and cities such as New York and Miami). There is also increasing attention to the relations between Latin America and the Caribbean as a whole. See further discussion of definitions at Latin America.

Do you think Germans had any influence on the intruments used ? Horns and accordian ?
styles,Polka and waltz ?
Maybe your research should go back a little further.

What does that have to do with anything? German music doesn't sound like latin music. The instruments in the music doesn't make the genre.

In general Daimondsmith you get on my last nerve,
However sometimes you rise above yourself and post something great and I am obligated to give you flag and star. This is one of those times.
I love Latin music.
