I'm a long time off from the original posting of this thread... BUT I wanted to agree with the guy a few posts above.
If we don't allow our bodies to be exposed to germs regularly, then we are severely increasing our risk of becoming sick from very simple bacteria.
If I drop a cookie in the kitchen, I am going to blow off all of the large pieces of "debris" and then eat it. Why? Because I know that I am able to
eat it and not get sick. I have an "Iron" stomach and an amazing immune system. I also grew up in the country when I was younger. I hate apples from
the trees, I ate tomatoes off the vine, and I also drank milk straight from a cow. I get sick MAYBE once a year, if even that much. Aside from being a
smoker, and having the lungs and teeth to go with it, I am MUCH healthier than most people my age.
Don't avoid germs! They help your body!
