Wow. Yes he can? I wonder if the Prez is growing a spine, or if this is just spin for '12, or what. Its a curious item here. If only he became as anti-war as Paul, I'd say ****-off Libertarians and your "the dying folk without insurance can show up at a church, see if they'l help". Ma man is back!

I always get overly optimistic too soon about everything though.

Nothing Ulterman has ever posted has ever been confirmed true.

He has predicted so many crazy things that have never happened...I don't know why people still read him. Him and his fake "white house insider" should be thrown into HOAX here on ATS everytime a thread is made about his information.

It is 100% fictional material.
