I'm sure there is a method to the madness by the West and EU over Iran's Nuclear Program. There are always two sides to the coin just the way there are people who favor or reject the sanctions imposed on IRAN. Below link contains several other links to documents scanned and posted on the web by the Washington Post.

The document is part a trove of 1,600 formerly secret telexes obtained by nuclear researchers seeking to unearth the early history of Iran’s clandestine pursuit of nuclear technology. While nearly two decades old, the records offer an unusually detailed glimpse into Iran’s alleged efforts to defy sanctions to obtain sensitive technology — tactics that intelligence officials say continue even now.

This is perhaps the tip of the iceberg amongst possible several other evidences piled up against Iran's Nuclear Program.

Nothing to prove yet. I think they knew about the Nuclear activities of Iran years ago and let it mount to a point where they knew Iran cannot backout. After all the money invested into the technology, surely they will not be able to stop or deviate from their plans. So naturally when you keep instigating the opposing point through, surely the person being accused cannot legitimately backout since there is a motive but then again they do have a significant amount of money and time invested in the technology that they cannot prove it otherwise. This gives the accuser a good reason and possibly solid evidence.

There will never be something to prove as Iran is only using it for peaceful purposes. The credibility of the US and Israel in the world regarding Iran and a lot of other issues is below 0, which makes it even more difficult for those two terror supporting states to prove anything.

Will just have to wait and see. Just like everything else. It is very very easy to discard several factors that have been brought to the light so far on both sides (UN and Iran). Sometimes it just might be nothing more than a distraction (the whole Iran thing). Things are definitely getting warmer in the African Continent

When making these statements, it helps when you actually take the time to review information on both sides, which you clearly did not.

Here's some information from a link within the link that helps to shed more light on why they can't be trusted.

Although Iran has ADMITTED that the PHRC was RELATED TO THE MILITARY and had a nuclear purpose in the area of defense preparedness and radiation detection, its actual nuclear role appears much more extensive.

ISIS has accumulated from multiple sources a range of procurement information related to the PHRC. ISIS has obtained supplier companies’ information, a set of over 1,600 telexes between PHRC or Sharif University and overseas suppliers, and other information obtained from governments, IAEA reports, and the media.

The information provides an extensive picture of PHRC’s wide-ranging procurement efforts in the early 1990s. Several experts retained by ISIS have assessed the information in the telexes. About 50 telexes referenced in the report’s text are found in a supplement.

The information and documents assembled by ISIS suggest that the PHRC had departments focused on a wide range of nuclear technology, including gas centrifuges and laser enrichment, radiation protection, uranium conversion, uranium exploration and possibly mining, and heavy water production.

This finding supports the allegation that IRAN'S MINISTRY OF DEFENSE was involved in many aspects of the nuclear fuel cycle and the research and development of nuclear activities.
