By my estimate, Dolan is a disinformation specialist. To those of us that have followed the UFO pheneomena for decades, he told us nothing that we didn't know or have thought--but he told it with spin. Was that slanted rehash of UFO history of interest to those seasoned in UFO lore at that conference? He tells much truth (details) in his historic tale, but he leads us astray along the way with a zero-fact based hypothesis.
In keeping with a popular line of yellow/black-jacketed books, we could call his video UFOs for Dummies. I wonder about the originations of that conference and the choosing of its title:Secret Space Program Conference.
His stated primise makes no sense. The US can't have a fleet of governemnt funded ships space and then try to pin the blame for the secret development of such devices on commercial, insider interests. --Did those missing trillions of Pentagon defense money he discusses go to those non-governmental interests or or directly in government contracts to Lockheed and company? Something is wrong with his two-headed snscenario. He draws a half-hearted image of the elite flitting off to Mars for a weekend and then coming back to family and normal business. Balderdash!
Any thinking person realizes that the secrets of the UFOs--all of them--are the greatest military secrets of all time because of the singular value of weaponery of the very craft themselves if for no other reason. --Did he mention any aspect of that? No. He more or less absolves the military early of any blame at any time especially with his highlighting the infamousTwining memo where it was admitted that UFOs were real craft.
His agenda seems clear, he throws out truth in a manner of fashion, 1984 fashion. He is trying to throw the blame off the totally govenrment handling of the UFO investigations and lay the blame early in the discovery process to some indistinct group that we know that controls much of the world. No doubt they have gotten very rich over their insider info on UFOs. Notice that he carefully states many historical facts but most are slightly bent, understated or misinterpreted to give a favorable view to TPTB.
A terrible mistake of his was to applaud several times a particular guy that has little credibility in the UFO community today. That reeks of a connection and makes more plain his true purpose as a disinformation agent.

As for the video I think I saw something similar from Dolan from the secret space conference 2011. I'll peel through it and see if he covers any new stuff.

I'm going to include this, because after going through the many videos on evidence of anomalies and so called melted metal that takes over 2000
degrees, but apparently cold flames that the firemen walked through, and all the cars/vehicles, some with missing motors, far from the 9/11 towers,
this is of course the answer.

In energy devices, with magnets say, they are often fixed and therefore are flatline. But like a pulse they need to create a Sine wave, an therefore need to flex. What he demonstrates is putting the magnets in a device, say something that rotates, say several magnets, at various angels in tubes, that have flex, though the devices out there use magnetized metal parts that flex.
The degree of the angle is what creates basically a reverse SINE wave or HZ, and can cancel out, lets just say radiation, if the right frequency is used, or help cure cancer perhaps, and certainly make free energy devices. If it has leeway and moves, ie, placed within tubes say. So its discovering the ranges of frequency and reversing that for the canceling out affect.
Tom Bearden has written articles on neutralizing radiation and also, treating cancer and illness with frequency.

Whilst beyond his research there is a bit of assumption and conjecture, I suppose it's to be expected if we are to believe that around 50 percent of government documents are classed as secret or higher, go on what you know and connect the dots. I don't think he's too far off the mark here
You don't know how many government documents exist so you cannot come up with a percentage. You didn't specify if the documents you mentioned are UFO-connected but since we are on such a subject, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand that secret documents concerning UFOs do not contain any secret data since such secret data doesn't exist. Our life couldn't continue as it does if anyone on this planet had any special knowledge. What the secret documents contain are the secret methods of obtaining data.
There are no dots to connect and I'm sure that no one has any knowledge such as Dolan is implying. He is just a reporter who reports data that anyone spending the time to do so can come up with. It's all public since no one could gain any inside information and then publicize it.
Nothing that Dolan has discovered is of the caliber one would hope for. None of the popular authors have been able to present anything new 'cause there's nothing new.
And the worst part of the presentation, at the beginning, is that he praises Richard Hoagland! [
And when a serious researcher as Dolan is alleged to be shows in his presentations hoaxed photos and photos of rods, giving them a certain legitimacy of being UFOs when we know better, that tells me that those without a data base of UFO knowledge will be impressed. I am not impressed by Richard Dolan.

None of the info he showed was really new(it usually isn't nowadays). It was still a good presentation. I just wish he hadn't bought up Richard
Hoagland. He just is too nice of a guy and doesn't seem to want to speak ill of other researchers....even when its justified.
Just the fact that the government has retired the space shuttle program and that no immediate space vehicle replacement exists makes me believe that
there is a secret space program.
I can not imagine that the US which where the pioneers ( along with the Russians ) in this field have to rely on the Russians and maybe soon the chinese to send their astronauts to space !!!!!!!
There isn't even a real plan and deadline about the shuttle replacements. Of course they don't, why bother if they secretly have super advanced tech.

Also, the technology gap between the military and the private sector has been SHRINKING not increasing in recent years. So, it would seem illogical to me that we'd have technology of our own, even if derived from alien tech, that has capabilities any more than 15 years more advanced than in the private sector.
That tech would have trickled down over the years, even if just a drizzle. Now, that said, I do think we have recovered tech, and that we've been able to do SOME things with it, that led to SOME advances...but I would think we're pretty far from duplicating interstellar transit, or we'd be a LOT more advanced than we are right now (and, the nation that had such tech could simply tell the rest of the world to piss off, as we wouldn't need them for resources any longer).

Basically, that is exactly what we are doing! That is why we have no public replacement for the shuttle program!
The triangles are quite apparent as revolutionary craft in aerial characteristics--the word "flying" does not apply. Beyond that they make obsolete major aspects of aerospace industries and the military. All rockets, jets, and technical support folks from all areas and levels of science, mechanics, contracting and support systems will require a drastic re-education and reduction. That transition of an industry takes time and planning if dire circumstances are to be avoided. From planes and rockets to triangles is a leap as traumatic as was going from the horse to trans-continental flying. Dolan mentioned that the petroleum industry would be hit hard, so it will, but he failed to mentioned what I've just said above (and have said several times on ATS about the aerospace industry as a whole).
The day is coming when you will hear the whisper, "Hey, buddy, wanna buy a Boeing 777 cheap? I'll even throw in half a dozen F-135s?" Meanwhile on the Moon, a tourist triangle takes off from a mere pad of concrete not much larger than its span and heads for Mars, the next stop on the cruise.
The triangles sightings are giving other countries shock and awe treatments as to what we have and also putting the American public on notice that something entirely new is being slowly forced into their awareness.

Often think it's a possible scenario to be honest. Why sent out these big rockets when you could just send some black triangles into orbit from places like Vandenberg AFB? Keep the lights off until they get into orbit and use their high-tech navigation systems then go as normal once in space.
And incendentally, just checked Vandenberg and found it was home to the 30th Space Wing, couldn't believe it when I saw the logo, it pretty much completely mirrored my thoughts!
Maybe a way of hiding in plain sight? If true that emblem is a classic.

I've had a chance to view more of the video and reached the part where he endorses the space UFO video interpretations of the late Jeff Challender.
Dolan enthusiastically backs 'Project PROVE' and states he has attached all of Challender's former website materials to his own home page.
