Russia to send cosmonauts to the Moon this decade

Rooskies may be going to the moon. Here, Nasa is going out of business. No goals, no destination, no hope. Rooskies have oil money, they can buy stuff. We are beyond out of money. But that never stopped us before.

Maybe everything is on hold waiting for a big announcement... disclosure, then a real mission, new goals.

This is so sad I could cry some days. We've come full circle. In the 60's, we were as free a nation as we'd ever be, as it's turned out. Russia was as closed and outright evil an empire as THEY would really ever get to be. We were headed to the moon and got there. Many times, in fact. Russia sat in a corner and pouted because we ate their lunch and then criticized the selection.

Now? We're moving hard into Socialism while the Soviets are Federated and downright Russian again in the move to more Western concepts. We've willingly chosen to throw all our progress on space exploration and experience core within NASA for doing more of it. The Russians and Chinese will probably meet on the moon and play low grav games or something with our bleached flag sitting in the background.

Really.. Some days.. I could just cry. We've fallen SO far, SO damn fast.

What would make you believe they wouldn't do worse, have you never seen the missing cosmonauts photos? How many Russian space photos have you analyzed?

Just saying you are carrying an empty crate. So your one-line post gets an empty reply, until you do a little more than that.

if Russia or China released photos of moon structures.

I've noticed ROSCOSMOS is always announcing these grand plans and never follows through. NASA is that way too, but at least they follow through sometimes. I don't think Russia can afford a manned moon mission without teaming up with China or something.

Then what happens when they post images with NO structures it will be the usual BS from you crowd ie working with NASA rather than the obvious there are no structures in the first place
