I must confess that your channeling staggered me. The reason is that my guide as well as all of my ET contacts have sent me similar messages. Many of their messages basically are saying the following in an essence:

- Many people will be in panic
- Many people won't understand
- Many people in calmness are required and
- Something wonderful will happen

The messages outlined that people in "calmness" will be very important to assist "others" and to be available to answer questions which will arise.

In addition all the messages ended with a very positive outlook for all the humans.

So many parts of the information i've received matches the impressive channeling you've received.

It seems that piece by piece a big puzzle is beeing completed now. VERY EXCITING!!!

Is it just me feeling that?

Several days after I got this, I went back and read it, wondering what it was about me that had caused, or allowed, me to receive this information. This was what transpired (what I received is directly below each question):

Your willingness to learn. (response to “why me?”)

And then several months later (almost a year) I realized I had not officially answered the call. I sat down for a meditation and received this on Oct. 9, 2009:

ME: Why do I write this with hesitation sometimes? Am I having a crisis of faith? I know I don’t need to question as I am receiving...

you put into your temple. Return to natural, whole foods to
restore your health and your spirit. A wonderful new world
is awaiting your return to yourself. You, and so many others
like you, have become vessels of the negativity of this earth
plane. You must empty yourselves of this negativity to allow
the purification to begin. Drink clean water, eat whole foods,
and breathe in clean air. You will feel yourselves healing from
the pollution that has been heaped upon you, and upon this
planet. Restore yourselves in mind, body and spirit – meditate
to purify your mind and once again bring peace to your daily

And that has been the major points of my channeling experiences so far. Over the past couple of years I've been in a downward spiral, lost my house, been through a couple of illnesses, lots of depression... and I haven't been much for meditating as a result. I know it will bring me peace of mind, so I need to do it, but I'm finding I have to start all over with learning to quiet my mind. I miss those peaceful, blissful feelings of channeling!!! One good thing though - I'm back to working on my screenplays, and I haven't done that in a couple of years!

If there is any way you can post a couple, or more, of your dreams today, I can take them to work tonight and analyze them. I'm off tomorrow night and Thursday night, but I'm going to be pretty busy at home. Don't know when I could get to them. If not, maybe I can do it Friday night when I go back to work.

That's AWESOME information! These "beings" seem to be the ones to trust, as I stated earlier I don't know which to trust. I wish they would come back to you again and tell us which species not to trust. My "gut" tells me it's the Reptilians, but I wonder if there are more just as untrustworthy?

I'm very excited about all this Pleiadian stuff because it seems to turn out that "Pleidians" play a special role in my life. So some of my "new" friends I have met since the last 12 months are claming that they have an origin in the Pleiades or at least a special relationship to Plejades.

That is an very important point i think. So i've contacted my guide a minute ago and i asked him the question.

His answer (translated)::

Trust your heart.
There is nothing you must be afraid of.
Trust the feeling in your heart.
The light always will lead you.


So what he is saying is - in my question i had explicetely refered the ETs i met already, reptilians and other ETs - that we don't need to be fearful because they watch over us.

I mentioned to him that "sled735" originally asked the question so his answer also is related to you.

That is something i experienced all the time from him. He NEVER told something negative related to any beeing. And he never is telling me what i have to do.

Possibilities during OBE
A very, very good question

From my experience it is absolutely possible. But what i can tell you: when leaving the body your consciousness changes in the way that all the physical based experiences (like showering and so on ) become less important. It is like looking back to your physical body. You see the body and you recognize him but it is not important to you. It is just an "observation".

Because i was in contact with my guide i also asked this question as an confirmation.

His answer:

All is possible by your thoughts.
Thoughts are powerful.


Remark: I sensed a smile from him when i asked this question. I refered to the showering and the "other" things...: -)

And this is exactly what my own experience tells me: Yes, it is possible!

Thank you so much for sharing this great channeling. I can imagine how overwhelming this must be for you. And it seems that we're all now getting closer and closer supporting this wonderful transition.

The very interesting thing is that also Human spirits (ghosts/decedents) know of this transition and give feedback on this during dream state or connection during waking state. They all seem to be linked together.

To Darkblade71: This is an excellent thread... great advice coming in! There will always be non-believers who want to throw in their two-cents worth. But look at it this way..... they are the ones who will die of a heart attack when the veil is lifted because they will experience such mind-boggling blow to their reality, while we who know the truth will survive and be able to cope.

I've started to follow Timical's posts on his APs and his experiences with an unknown beeing. Timical, you had very intensive events as i can see from the sections of your stories. Very, very exciting and impressive. I didn't get all parts, yet, but i would like to come back to one point, which is related to your decision "APs are done for me".

I post this comment because sled735 asked me on my opinion whether you had an OBE or whether it was a dream. In addition, we indirectly touched the aspect of fear in one of the last days postings (which ETs can we trust? Which are evil?) and demons usually generate fear.

Remark: I not sure to what OBE-like dream she was refering to because you (Timical) have described several interesting dreams. And i'm sure i still miss some of those in all the thread pages.

Please overlook if i've misunderstood something, but i try to summarize what i have read so far.
You (and your wife) perceived:

- paranormal events during waking state, which are possibly based on a beeing (Alien? ghost (evil/good)?, guide?)
- demon(s) during AP phase?
- You've seen fogs

Please excuse me when i now mention well known facts to you all. I know you have deep knowledge on all this stuff, it is just an high level view on this for my understanding:

#1: Based on what Timical described in detail concerning the phase he tried to leave his body, i'd confirm,that he was starting a real OBE. When leaving the body we're moving into an area which is the lower astral level. Since Timical mentioned before, that the demon, he had contact with wasn't related to "sleep paralysis" phanomen, there must be something different.

#2: When a human or animal is dying then the spirit leaves the physical body. The first level which is reached by the spirit is also the lower astral level. Depending on the consciousness state there are following major options:
- The spirit moves "upwards" reaching next astral levels escorted by its guide (or other spirits). This most of the time leads to a state where the spirit remains in a kind of "sanotorium". During this phase the spirit is doing "regeneration" of its consciousness. During that time (it can take a few month earth-time) the spirit is not accessible even by good psychics. But it is possible to contact its guide during that time. After this time the spirit is moving further "upwards".
- The spirit remains on the lower astral level in so called "Geistergürtel" (ghost belt). This happens when the consciousness is strongly focused due to certain reasons like suicide, fury, hate, fear for being convicted by god, and much more). If they are focused on an emotion like fury, that could create paranormal phanomens in our physical world. But there are also spirits which are in a foppish mood (Foppgeister).

#3: Now if there is a spiritual/psychic person like Timical then those spirits which got stucked on the lower astral level recognize those persons like a torch in the dark. They're attracted to them. This mustn't happen but it can happen under some circumstances, such as the house you reside ihas a certain "history" where the ghost is related to.

But it also can be that one of the relatives or othe people died and then the spirit has strong wish to tell something to the bereaved which it thinks is important. In this case the spirit also can get stucked.because the consciousness also is strongly focused.

Based on the posts I've read fromt Timical so far he made some very intensive experiences because of his psychic capabilities on one side and a least on one spirit which got stucked in the ghost belt. This is when there are unusal things happen in the house (stereo radio plays, etc.).

I can remember that sled735 assumed in one of her replies that Timical's father passed over? It would be one explanation that the father is still trying to get in contact with him/the family. The music played on the stereo radio is a hint to that. If there is not a big fear when all those things happen then this would be also an indication.

#4: An other aspect is that beeings like human spirits, guides, angels and also ETs use the dream state for communciation because we're in a very relaxed state. This is a very good state which we can use for communication with our guides and also with other spirits.

For example, the dream state gives the chance to ask the guide to give information during dream state (i think that is something sled735 has analyzed already).

The same man showing up in different dreams is a strong indication for a spirit like your guide or a ghost spirit.

If there is spirt which is got stucked in the ghost belt and you see the fog and you sense it's presence then I'd do the following:

- if you feel that this could be a passed relative (like your father) then you could talk to him (mentally if you wish) that you like to have contact during your dream state. You can tell him exactly what you wish and this spirit will understand.

A very important aspect is the emotion when communicating. The more positive and friendly the better. A human spirit told me a few weeks ago that she preceives strong human emotions like a flash in the dark. Positive emotions - the strongest is love - do have an other emission on the other side than negative emotions.

If we send positive emotions to a spirit than this has a positive effect. If we send negative emotions - fear is one of them - then the effect on the other side is correspondingly.

So when you had this AP phase you've touched the lower astral level. If you had fear at this time it is possible that spirits residing in the ghost belt had preceived you and were attracted. It mustn't be. It could be. It also could be that you''ve started to think of possible demons. Now it's getting more complex: on astral level the thoughts are very, very powerful. If you're focusing on certain aspects then you create the corresponding reality. Basically you will get what you're thinking of.

Very roughly:
If you're prying and happy to meet friendly spirits on astral level and you have the feeling that you all love those spirits then you also will get what you're thinking of.

Finally, there is one very importan point:
Your guide is always with you. No ghost is able to affect your life plan. Your guide is able to block ANY spirit in the ghost belt if necessary. If you're getting in contact with this type of spirits then this allowed by your guide because you will learn soemthing out of this (as the ghost will still learn.during this phase, too).

What is happening to you and your family is very complex and very remarkable. You seem to have great psychic abilities leading you close to the other side which is really wonderful.

To your first answer about which ETs to trust, and the reply was "to trust your heart". My heart is telling me not to trust the Reptilians because I think it was one of them in the Garden of Eden that tempted Eve with the apple from the Tree of Knowledge. Because they appear as reptiles, and God told the reptile it would "crawl on its belly and eat the dust of the earth" as punishment. They appear here as snakes now, but can be seen in their original form in the astral plane. Also, the videos I have watched all point to the Reptilians being evil, and having an agenda against the human race.
This is what MY heart is telling me.

As for the person having an OBE being able to see others in private moments... I'll never bathe again!

Thank you for all the great information, Alfred. It gives me, and others, a lot to ponder.

I "wake up" sometimes, as I did today, and find myself with someone ( I'm guessing it's my guide ) who is giving me information. Today "it" was telling me about the different planets, and bodies in the universe... where they are, etc.
I never remember any information after I wake up. I'm sure it is still in my subconscious, but it would be great if I could remember all I have been told consciously.
Do you have any idea why they won't allow us to remember our "lessons" they teach while we are sleeping?

To Alfred, and Timical, and all members posting lately, I would like to ask what your religious background has been?
By this I mean, what faith do you have knowledge on? Did you attend any type of "church" growing up?

Thank you so much for your kind words... I still have the feeling of looking around and shrugging my shoulders, wondering why I'm receiving anything at all through channeling! I am excited by it though, even though I have had an acquaintance tell me I'm detestable for doing such things. I have to work with this person, so I am also learning patience and respect for her viewpoint. It's all good!

I wanted to thank you also for posting the comment above. I have helped two spirits cross over, and both times I focused a great deal of love and compassion toward them. I still worry about the little elderly lady I crossed... I hope she found her family alright once she got to the other side. Well, truth is they probably were waiting for her to arrive. The last impression of her I had before I started talking her over was of her crouching down on one knee, head bowed, and her arm lifted covering her head and face as if she was about to be hit. That twisted my stomach, and I desperately wanted to help her and remove her fear. After I felt her energy weaken and eventually leave the room, I felt drained myself, but sooooo relieved and happy for her! Well, that would be ONE way to start out, I guess!

A couple of months ago I ordered a book from Amazon.com. that my niece had written. I had another book on my wish list there, but DID NOT order it. Well, it came with my order anyway! The title is, Reincarnation, The Missing Link in Christianity,written by Elizabeth Clare Prophet.

I was puzzled how this book got shipped when I didn't put it in my shopping cart online, but I thought there must be something important in it that I need to read...so spirit saw to it that I got it. I WAS RIGHT! I read through all but the last few chapters, and most of what I read was things I already knew. I almost didn't take it back to work with me last night, but something was pushing me, telling me to finish it. So..... I did. That's when she started telling about the Ascension that Jesus taught!
I thought, 'So, this is what you wanted me to see! Thanks!' (Talking to my guide.)

Timical, you need to buy this book! It is awesome in explaining how the King James Bible was mis-translated by men, and how certain parts were left out by the early saints that contain Jesus' mystical teachings on "The Ascension" which sounds just like what we call OBEs today! There is a lot of other things it explains, too. It goes into detail how to achieve Ascension God's way. So that should allow you to not feel like you are breaking God's laws doing OBEs, right?

I finished the book last night, and WOW, I had a REVELATION! I see clearly now what this thing called life is all about, and what we are supposed to be doing to achieve our highest spiritual state, and wisdom!
I will also be working on my own mind, body, and spirit to get it ready for a practice run at OBEs!

So.......... here is how this has played out so far...

Timical comes on ATS to my thread asking about OBEs, and wants my"scoop" on it.

Alfred2012 comes to my thread after Timical, and says he has EXPERIENCED OBEs, not knowing about Timical's interest.

Then, I read this book that I thought was about reincarnation, but it explains the whole deal about OBEs, and how to acheive it by God's laws. AND... this book came to me without me ordering it!

IS THAT NOT AWESOME??????!!!!!!!!

Let me tell you something, people! Spirit will see to it that we receive what we need to learn and grow in spiritual wisdom, if we seek it out! This is proof of that fact! I'm blown away at how all this has come together!

I think my guide is very happy with me right now! He FINALLY got the message through my thick skull!
