Giveaway of the Day - Tilt Shift Generator

I check out a website called Giveaway of the Day every day. I know others here do as well, but today they are giving away a neat stand alone program called "Artensoft Tilt Shift Generator". This may be a very useful tool to play around with for the photographers among us.
