Video Question

I have a question that has probably been asked, but you have to be a neuclear physicist to figure out the boolean search. Anyway, I have a video in MPEG2 format that I am trying to add to a thread, but I cant figure out exactly how to do it. I went to the faq page, and looked for something pertaining to this, but all I found was something about adding attachments. If I am supposed to treat the video as an attachment, then the directions still didnt make much since to me. I know some of you who see this will think" Jeez man", But I NEED to get this video up ASAP! Its the video for the thread Lady V started about UFOs over Louisville.

Find a place that will let you upload it...Im now using SlidSled to upload my music and videos. Sign up (use REAL information or it doesnt work) then just upload the file and link to it. You cant have the video actually embedded IN the post...but you can link to it.
