Someone sent me this today and I thought I would post it.
The guy is pretty spot on and that if we all stood up and said we aren't going
to take it anymore things can finally change.

No problem.
In the future, to embed a Youtube video, click the VID:YOUTUBE button in your reply/comments section, then just copy & paste everything "after" the v= in the URL of your browser.

Example:
youtube.com/ watch?v=U-Bno-AoNd4

Copy & paste the U-Bno-AoNd4 into the little window and it should embed into your post.
