It's Orly again !

And, appeal filed in Georgia.

This is all according to a story by "The Post & Email" website Monday, February 20, 2012.

Sounds legit, but let's rip it apart.

(Feb. 19, 2012) — Atty. Orly Taitz had filed a ballot objection to Obama in the state of Mississippi, and on Friday, February 17, Taitz learned that a “Special Judge” had been appointed to hear the case.

Taitz said that the complaint had originally been filed against the Democrat Party of Mississippi on three different occasions. Having failed to receive a response, she filed the complaint with the Circuit Court and has now reported that it was forwarded to the Supreme Court of Mississippi. The presiding Chief Justice has now “found it appropriate to appoint a senior judge to handle my complaint, and everybody was notified. The complaint is against the Democrat Party of Mississippi and the Secretary of State of Mississippi seeking declaratory and injunctive relief to keep Obama off the ballot. This has moved fast and very high; it can’t get any higher than that,” Taitz said. The Hon. R. Kenneth Coleman, a retired Circuit Court judge, will be presiding.
"Special judge" ?

n Indiana, Taitz stated that she “was able to overcome all the obstacles,” and both she and a registered voter filed ballot challenges before the deadline. The voter requested a presentation, and Taitz reports that there is a hearing tentatively scheduled for this Friday, February 24, which may extend to February 27.

In the Indiana complaint, Taitz refers to the ballot challenge hearing held in Atlanta, GA on January 26, 2012, after which Judge Michael Malihi ruled that Obama’s name will appear on the ballot despite his failure to appear or to send counsel to the hearing. She also states that Obama is using a social security number from the state of Connecticut and mentions the testimony of the witnesses who appeared that day.

I'm not sure what her agenda is but i clicked on a part of her site that said police concerns.

Apparently she's flagging down people for investigation.

First off when I see "Orly" the first thing that comes to mind is shorthand "oh really".

Second thing that comes to mind is money and attention.

This Obama horse has been beaten to death already, for God's sake he's our president. At least give him some respect.

I am not too sure of her intentions, but I will give her one thing. She has an interesting and seemingly constitutional way of going about this. She is not the typical "Obama is not a citizen" fighter. IMO she is simply fighting for something she believes in. I'm interested to know what a special judge is though? I'm not highly educated in the courts, but that seems like odd terminology. Nevertheless, I don't believe she will get very far. Even if Indiana or Mississippi take Obama off the ballot, I doubt it would make a difference. Republicans have won Mississippi and Georgia in the last for elections, and Indiana in 3 of the last 4. If she gets the courts to recognize her in states like Ohio, Florida, Nevada, or Iowa, things could become much more interesting.

Good point about the States not being Obama camps in the first place.

Makes ya wonder why even file in those States ?

Hmmm.

She now claims Obama was born in Indonesia

Nevertheless, I don't believe she will get very far..

very true, she has no idea what a expert witness actually is, and lost the Georgia hearing to a empty desk as her "evidence" was so bad!

Simple to milk as money she can out the idiots who are actually giving her money. How much money is bilked from the taxpayers to pay for these court cases btw? The way I see it if she loses then she should pay for it the taxpayer shouldn't have to pay a dime.

That's hilarious!

I didn't remember to watch for a followup to the Georgia hearing, but she's had the same result in every single state she's ever filed motions with. Since she has tried the exact same tactic and exact same evidence every time, you'd think it would become very obvious that reality isn't going to change to accommodate her.

She really is fixated on Obama. What I find ironic is that she is not a natural US citizen. And wasn't her license to practice law revoked? I know she doesn't have status as lawyer in most of the states she's filing in.

It says "special judge" in one place and "senior judge" in another. I can tell you that a "senior judge" is usually a retired judge that is asked to handle a specific case due to workload or other concerns. For example, if a case is anticipated to be so much work or so lengthy that it would tie up a judge so he couldn't do his routine workload, it can be assigned out to a retired judge who will be temporarily activated just handle that one particular case. He may or may not have particular expertise or experience in the particular field.

Interesting. So do we think that this judge had been appointed because the courts are overworked or because the judge has specialism in this area??

Taitz loses again! So far every single silly birther court case has been lost - 220 lost, 0 won!

Orders were issued by Judge Henry T. Wingate of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi yesterday (March 31) that dealt with the remaining issues in Taitz v. Democrat Party of Mississippi.......

.... That challenge, as well as her email challenge to the General Election ballot is dismissed for failing to comply with the state statutory prerequisites (not timely, and no bond posted).
The Mississippi Secretary of State has no duty to vet candidates for office.
Citing several Obama eligibility cases under the topic of “political question,” the court said “…this court can find no authority in the Constitution which would permit it to determine that a sitting president is unqualified for office or a president-elect is unqualified to take office.”
Taitz did not allege any facts that would support her RICO claim against the Mississippi Secretary of State.....

Taitz had no authority to issue the subpoena she sent to Hawaii because she’s not admitted to the bar in Mississippi, nor Hawaii.

“…plaintiffs have thrown a haystack at the court, expecting the court to find a needle therein.”....

In summary:
The court has reviewed the extensive and jumbled pleadings by the plaintiffs. … The court is not persuaded that the plaintiffs have asserted any viable causes of action. This court, thus, dismisses the plaintiffs’ claims.

Another great controlled opposition suit.

They're batting a perfect 1.000

Everything is "automatic".
