Giovan Battista Rini stripped away the skin in the 19th century to show the muscles, airways and blood vessels inside the heads. Researchers have now discovered the specimens were injected with arsenic and mercury - or dipped in chemical baths to preserve them for research. Although mummification is associated with Ancient Egypt, it was carried out through the centuries for the benefit of researchers and medical students. The specimens have false hair and teeth and their eye caps have been added artificially. However, they are otherwise remarkably well looked after,

Mercury and Arsenic hmmm.. both in cigarettes.

I guess those chemicals can both kill you AND preserve you!

Mercury is a germ killer.
Also a planet captured at the time of the Tower of Babble, see Velikovsky archives on the net.
www.bing.com...
Mercurochrome must have been used for centuries.
Mercury is found in soap and products banned in the US but imported anyway.

So in a dead man's blood can only mean a preservative action was needed.
Plants kill germs with iodine content but flavonoids of color can block access in our body.
www.bing.com...
So we need the germ killing ability of iodine in our body, not mercury or silver (another
germ killer) and perhaps not so much cancer killing flavonoids which can
block iodine. Body blood circulated every 17 minutes and if the germ is not killed the
first time then each time the germ is weakened.

www.bing.com...

Don't know the ancients methods for circulation on dead bodies.
Did the article actually give more questions than answers as these reports often do.
