I just read that a lot of it goes unreported because the doctors "believe" they are acting in the best interests of the patients. Since they have a law that says a patient can request to be put to death, some have elected to wear on their persons some statement that "they" do not want doctors killing them, believing it is in their "best" interests to do so.
