This case is from the Gold Coast, in Australia. The police commissioner attempts to make numerous excuses for the incident, including the claim that sometimes punching someone in the head is justified.

Wow thats not even just a little accidental or one off, they lay into the poor guy a bunch of times and i dont see anything to provoke that from the guy at all!!
