Putin Exposes US-UK Terror Strategy

Russian President Putin backlashed at the Western World following the school bomb attacks. Putin accuses the CIA of training Chechen leaders, training other Chechen terrorists in Afghanistan, and for negotiating with Chechen terrorists, which is opposite of the policy taken by the US in regards to other Muslim/Islamic terrorists. Putin also claims the UK still hires fighters to go into Afghanistan. The rationale for this is that the Western World is still upset for not winning the Cold War the way they wanted. And that the West wants to destroy Russia.

Washington DC, September 14 -- In the wake of the terrorist atrocity at a school in Beslan, North Ossetia, in the Russian Federation, Russian President Vladimir Putin has made remarks to the western press which expose the key role of the US and British governments in backing Chechen terrorism. Whatever Putins previous role in events regarding Chechnya, his current political posture is one which sharply undercuts the legitimacy of the supposed Anglo-American war on terror, and which points up the hypocrisy of the Bush regimes pledge that it will make no distinction between the terrorists and those who harbor them -- since Washington and London are currently harboring Chechens implicated in terrorism. All in all, Putins response to Chechen events has, with the third anniversary of 9/11, brought the collapse of the official 9/11 myth measurably closer. The hypocritical terror demagogy of Bush and Blair has now been undercut by the head of state of another permanent member of the UN Security Council...

Mr. Putin, continues Le Monde, reiterated the accusation he had launched in a veiled form against western countries which appear to use double-talk. On the one side, their leaders assure the Russian President of their solidarity in the fight against terrorism. On the other hand, the intelligence services and the military who have not abandoned their Cold War prejudices, in Putins words -- entertain contacts with those the international press calls the rebels. Why are those who emulate Bin Laden called terrorists and the people who kill children, rebels? Where is the logic? asked Vladimir Putin, and then gave the answer: Because certain political circles in the West want to weaken Russia just like the Romans wanted to destroy Carthage. But, continued Putin, we will not allow this scenario to come to pass.

Le Monde continues: This is, according to [Putin] a bad calculation, because Russia is a factor of stability. By weakening it, the Cold War nostalgics are clearly acting against the interests of their own country. In Putins words: We are the sincere champions of this cooperation [against terrorism], we are open and loyal partners. But if foreign services have contacts with the rebels, they cannot be treated as reliable allies, as Russia is for them. (Le Monde, September 8, 2004)

More about the Chechen-West link in Russia's words.

The terrorists who seized the school in Beslan, North Ossetia, took their orders from abroad. They were talking with people not from Russia, but from abroad. They were being directed, said Aslambek Aslakhanov, advisor to the President of the Russian Federation. It is the desire of our friends in quotation marks -- who have probably for more than a decade been carrying out enormous, titanic work, aimed at dismembering Russia. These people have worked very hard, and the fact that the financing comes from there and that they are the puppet masters, is also clear.

CHECHEN separatists hold asylum in the UK and the US.

In early August, ... Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Chechen Republic-Ichkeria Ilyas Akhmadov received political asylum in the USA. And for his outstanding services, Akhmadov received a Reagan-Fascell grant, including a monthly stipend, medical insurance, and a well-equipped office with all necessary support services, including the possibility of meetings with political circles and leading U.S. media....What about our partners in the anti-terrorist coalition, who provided asylum, offices and money to Maskhadovs representatives?asks the Russian press agency. Citing the official expressions of sympathy and offers of help from President Bush, National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, and State Department spokesman Richard Boucher, KMNews warns: But lets not shed tears of gratitude just yet. First we should ask: were Special Representative of the President of CRI Zakayev or Minister of Foreign Affairs of the CRI Akhmadov, located in Great Britain and the USA, aware of the terrorist acts that were in preparation?

TERROR ULTIMATUM FROM LONDON ECONOMIST

Some days prior to the onset of the series of acts of terrorism in Russia, which has cost hundreds of lives, a number of extremely influential Western mass-media, expressing establishment positions, issued a personal warning to Vladimir Putin, that Russia should get out of the Caucasus, or else his political career would come to an end.

I may have posted too many quotes, but I feel these are points made within the article that need to be stressed.

Seems a conflict may be emerging between the East and West.

It's interesting to note the many other conflicts beginning to emerge throughout the world. Are terrorists truly capable of all the skirmishes around the world or is this being sponsored by countries who have something to gain by these terrorist acts?

Yes there are definitely tensions between the East and West. Ultimately, we will all be lead into a huge war...possibly a World War. Russia + China vs. US + UK perhaps?

Putin is obviously trying to gain more power though. His arguments are based on false or the lack of intelligence and it's quite clear what his intentions are.

The relationship between Chechnya and the West is very suspicious though. There are currently two Chechen "bosses" that have gained asylum in the US. There are facts within this article provided by other sources that hard to deny. It's easy to say Russia is making all this up, but that's clearly not the case here. While the conclusions of Russia may be wrong, the actions of the West outlined are suspicious.

It may be Russia + China + EU (-UK) vs. USA and UK

I only say this because of a recent article I referenced in this thread.

The EU's main project is a rapid reaction force, a pool of 60,000 troops, 400 aircraft and 40 warships, backed by a military staff and an intelligence cell in Brussels, supposedly ready for duty worldwide. Critics say it remains a paper army, lacking the basic airlift to project force overseas, or the sort of "smart" weapons that dominate modern warfare.

Mrs Alliot-Marie has been pushing for an autonomous EU military force outside Nato control. She is the chief advocate of a strategic alliance between the EU and China to counter American power, a plan that has infuriated Washington.

I doubt there will be a war though.
Russia will keep just pushing to keep the US out of Russia and France et al will keep trying to build up an economic and military alliance that can rival that of the US to try and balance out the level of power and influence in the world.

perhaps russia is also in on the terrorist funding. perhaps they are doing the same thing our government is doing. frightening the popultation, so they can impose martial law. they could have had a hand in it and been in cahoots with US. now they are playing it dumb to throw us all off. to be honest that was my first reaction when i heard of these attacks on the news.

all conspiracy theory aside, is the US that dumb to help out chechnia? what would they stand to gain from that?

And even more so... what would the UK stand to gain by inciting a war with Russia? or Anybody? And why would the US and Britain be issuing warnings to Putin through the mass-media?

This all sounds extremely unlikely.

The antichrist (total evil) :

The same people that control the banks, insurance companies, big factories, big real estate.
The same people that control all the mass media in the NATO countries.
The same people that control the major christian churches, including the Vatican, since John XXIII, except for a short month (1).
The same people that are organised as a secret society in a pyramid of secrecy grades. A secret society from which, after the first grades, there's no escape.
The same people that believe that their god (satan) created a few enlighened (they, the illuminati) and a mass of slaves, whose only purpose is to serve them until the day they decide they should be slaughtered.
The same people that saw the confirmation of the apocalyptic effects of the atomic bomb, in 1945, as the ultimate proof of their religion, the triumph of evil : the proof that evil was capable of destroying creation; in particular the proof that a few illuminati could destroy billions of sheeple in seconds.

The very same people that already before had seen the confirmation of their religion in the fact that they could use such simple means to control the sheeple so perfectly :
- total control of the mass media and schools;
- let the media, schools and major christian churches make people believe that there is no God (evolution theory, the most grotesque and sucessfull lie ever found);
- let the media, schools and "christian" leaders make people believe that "GOOD is BAD and BAD is GOOD". This tactic relies on two priorities : obscuring and inverting the line. Examples : it's not possible to trace a line between BAD and GOOD, everything is gray (2a); belief in God leads to a violent world (2b); creation can be improved (genetical engineering); human life is irrelevant (abortion); family is an obstacle to "individual freedom"; sense of life is to become God ("conquest of the universe" : moon landing hoax in 1969; "explanation of life" (new "discoveries" to "update" evolution theory) and "explanation of the universe" (Big Bang, UFO hoax, etc) (3).
- let the media and schools make people believe that they have the right of choice (2c).

The illuminati leaders realised and agreed in 1986, in one of their secret meetings, that the system could only survive at most another 20 years (end of non-renewable resources, demographics, ethnic distribution).
That day they decided that mankind should be reduced to a maximum of 2 million slaves the latest until 2005.
The main tactic goal would be to gain control of Russia's nuclear arsenal and complete the task before any other country gained mutual assured destruction capabilities.

Since the tactic didn't include the survival of western societies in the middle run (beyond those 20 years), these were some other tactics used :
- increase to maximum intensity the brainwash agenda of the masses in the West, so that these could be reduced to zombies (total sheeple), incapble of reacting even at the sight of the doors of the slaugherhouse.
(4) Examples of how the brainwash agenda "GOOD is BAD and BAD is GOOD" was pushed to the utter limits : homosexual political leaders; gay adoption; pedophile "priests"; child pornography; sex slavery; legalised genocide of elder in hospitals and homes for elderly as "euthanasia"; generalised drugs addiction : pills, chemical food, marihuana, ecstasy, cocain, heroine, etc (5); genocide of believers.

- mass imigration of muslims to the West. One of the reasons was to use them as a weapon of terror against the natives, as some of these would start reacting, finally realising they were being transported to the slaugherhouse). Muslim leaders would keep these masses quiet, with the real prospect that in "a few years we will be the majority and will take the power". (6)

- maximum consumption of the last non-renewable resources during that period, to be able to keep productive system going on "normally" until the final showdown.

-----
message sent by Matt Marriott, to the CNN Kosovo Board, March 24, 1999 - a few minutes before the carpet bombing in Europe started again, after a pause of almost 54 years.
Notes :
1 - Vatican not included, because this would lead to immediate deletion of the message

2 - Mind control techniques of acceptance by association and refusal by dissociation intensively used.
a) - Example : I perceive Bush as evil. Bush says : there is GOOD and there is BAD. This will lead me to refuse that assertion (dissociation). Conclusions : I reject what Bush says; I'm convinced that everything is gray.
b) - Example : Bush presents himself and is presented by the media as a "christian fundamentalist"; Bush bombs the opposition to oblivion. Conclusions : belief in God leads to extremism; belief in God is incompatible with a peaceful world (dissociation).
c) - Example : media is telling me 24 hours a day that Kerry is the alternative to Bush and vice-versa.
If the starting point is my aversion to Bush (say, because of the Iraq war), even if I was originally a critic of "homosexual marriage", I will start accepting it, since it's part of Kerry's agenda (association).

3 - the best examples to illustrate how grotesque this path is now, is (besides the Photoshop creations of NASA of Mars Rovers, spaceships landing on asteroids or crashing in Jupiter ) the Rahelian cloning hoax, that the "serious" media has been regularly bringing into headlines ...

4 - list extended with current examples.

5 - muslims massively used to secure production and supply routes (Balkans - Kosovo; Afghanistan 2.5 years later).

6 - this is the reason why there were no muslim terror attacks in the West.
Only total brainwash and the basic "BIG LIE technique" mechanisms ("the truth is too horrible to dig in") can prevent people from seeing that 9/11 was a Reichstag operation executed by the illuminati.
The Madrid bombings, March 11, 2004 is not as obvious, it was also planned as a Reichstag operation.
Check the REAL story here :

A couple points I want to bring up, first, how do we answer this question in the article:

First we should ask: were Special Representative of the President of CRI Zakayev or Minister of Foreign Affairs of the CRI Akhmadov, located in Great Britain and the USA, aware of the terrorist acts that were in preparation?

And, why would the West be so absorbed by the Caucus region? And in addition to Isreal!

I don't know guys, the geographic regions the country seems to support is in line with some sort of, dare I say, Zionist conspiracy. Most Jews in the world are from the Caucusus region from the empire of Khazar. Then we have the strong, overt support of Israel. Any opinions on this?

There's an article here on the US support for Chechens:

The Guardian
the leading group which pleads the Chechen cause is the American Committee for Peace in Chechnya (ACPC). The list of the self-styled "distinguished Americans" who are its members is a rollcall of the most prominent neoconservatives who so enthusastically support the "war on terror".

They include Richard Perle, the notorious Pentagon adviser; Elliott Abrams of Iran-Contra fame; Kenneth Adelman, the former US ambassador to the UN who egged on the invasion of Iraq by predicting it would be "a cakewalk"; Midge Decter, biographer of Donald Rumsfeld and a director of the rightwing Heritage Foundation; Frank Gaffney of the militarist Centre for Security Policy; Bruce Jackson, former US military intelligence officer and one-time vice-president of Lockheed Martin, now president of the US Committee on Nato; Michael Ledeen of the American Enterprise Institute, a former admirer of Italian fascism and now a leading proponent of regime change in Iran; and R James Woolsey, the former CIA director who is one of the leading cheerleaders behind George Bush's plans to re-model the Muslim world along pro-US lines.

The ACPC heavily promotes the idea that the Chechen rebellion shows the undemocratic nature of Putin's Russia, and cultivates support for the Chechen cause by emphasising the seriousness of human rights violations in the tiny Caucasian republic. It compares the Chechen crisis to those other fashionable "Muslim" causes, Bosnia and Kosovo - implying that only international intervention in the Caucasus can stabilise the situation there. In August, the ACPC welcomed the award of political asylum in the US, and a US-government funded grant, to Ilyas Akhmadov, foreign minister in the opposition Chechen government, and a man Moscow describes as a terrorist.

Hmmm, Richard Perle of the PNAC, that figures.

I dont like any of this, it all sounds pretty scary. I think to right of a Russia china collaborating could be jumping the gun they are neighbours, the west might not know everything that goes on. Also the idea of EU minus the UK in a stand of with the USA especially if Bush remains in power i feel could be plausible. Putin has got a point, if the reports are not lies then America and England are walking a tight rope.

I'm sorry, but there's no way that Europe could put itself in a position to threaten the US in 4 years time. After that, it's a moot point, because Bush wouldn't be there.

Well, the funding of the Afghani fighters by the US was no big secret, duh, hes repeating old news there. After the Russians had funded, supported, and trained the Vietcong against us, and made us look like fools getting our asses kicked by rice farmers, we thought it would be even funnier to repay the favor and let em look like fools getting their asses kicked by goat herders. Ancient history, folks.

The Chechnya thing is another issue though. One might think at first glance, they are freedomfighters, but by their actions, they commit terrorist activities. They are Muslims with possible links to Al Quaeda. Now, why the hell would we be in cahoots with Al Qaeda lackeys?

Pretty simple, this war on terror is absolute BS. It aint about terror fighting. Its about other things.
