Little Windows 7 Customizing Help

I find myself trying to change folder icons and what-not themed from one of my favorite game franchise Dead Space. I have made all the icons what i want them, except one. This one little icon, is stubborn. Or it may be that im ignorant to the ways of changing it. Either, or. It is the Library Folder. You know hows there Libraries. Well this is the icon you click to view the Libraries you have. I have changed all those icons, but i cant change that, that mother folder icon. If one of you awesome Windows 7 whizzies out there could help, thatd be awesome. Thanks!

Some MAIN folders names cannot be changed. Only NEW folders you create in them. Such as DOCUMENTS...stays as DOCUMENTS. VIDEOS satays as VIDOES....MUSIC stays as MUSIC etc....but you can create new folders and leave those alone. They are basic Windows Folders.

Can you tuck that folder away somewhere out of sight and make a short cut to it? Most times you can change the icon on shortcuts when you can't change the original.
