10 mg per pound so at 15 lbs 250 is ample. We want to hit this pretty hard so stick with 250 a day. I didn't realize she was so small. Glad you brought this to my attention. And no, the amox will not affect the milk going to the pups, if anything it's a 1-2 punch. If there are any issues with the pups needing anitbiotic..they're gonna get it.
It's ok, amox is a very tolerable antibiotic and I would say 95% of dogs tolerate it well. She'll be just fine on the 250.

So, changing the script...aaaagain....250 mg per day...once a day is fine and with food.
