Sarah Palin is ready for a brokered convention.

She says she has the fire in her belly.

Can she hold up under SuperPac carpetbombing?

come on already, this is ridiculous. She's not running for anything. She must miss her name being in the papers.
There is zero chance she will ever run for any office ever again, she decided to be a reality star and drive around the country stealing money from housewives.

The brokered convention is on the way.

Mitt Romney looked like a complete fool at CPAC.

It's over.

A brokered convention can't be good for anybody and I can't imagine anyone not in the original primary races ever being seriously considered because they will have absolutely zero momentum going into the Presidential race.

en.wikipedia.org...

Once the first ballot, or vote, has occurred, and no candidate has a majority of the delegates' votes, the convention is then considered brokered; thereafter, the nomination is decided through a process of alternating political horse-trading, and additional re-votes.[1][2][3][4] In this circumstance, all regular delegates (who, previously, were pledged to the candidate who had won their respective state's primary or caucus election) are "released," and are able to switch their allegiance to a different candidate before the next round of balloting. It is hoped that this 'freedom' will result in a re-vote resulting in a clear majority of delegates for one candidate.

The era of Mitt Romney inevitability is over.

He said the word - conservative - about 50 times at CPAC. Nobody believes him.

I don't.

He also has RomneyCare wrapped around his neck.

Palin: 'I Have Got the Fire in My Belly' To Run Again — if Needed

That is a pretty big qualifier.

My left toe has more intelligence than her entire life, I bet if me and her debate, I would rip her apart to shreds with facts.

I'm not shocked. Palin is the world's biggest attention whore. Well, those Kartrashian girls might be worse, but Sarah just has to have the limelight. Can you imagine a brokered convention with Sarah there throwing her weight around? All that attention! She probably would need some new underwear after that thought.

A brokered convention is unlikely, you'll just have the super delegate equivalent of the GOP eventually put their support behind somebody. A brokered convention will be of great consequence to the GOP come the general elections in anycase, believe me, you do not want such a thing if you intend to have anybody but Obama in office come 2013.

I'm not sure why Palin is pulling such a thing? Maybe she has ambitions for office in 2016 so she needs the republicans to fail miserbly in 2012? I wonder.

Obviously not a Ron Paul fan but wouldn't this give him some kind of advantage?

Perhaps his supporters have a point after all regarding delegates.

Probably one of the ONLY Palin supporters still holding out hope on ATS.

I see that I agree with some people on how rotten Palin is. Nice to agree for once.

Have your fun. We shall see who laughs last.

Gov. Sarah Palin was the best at CPAC.

This will be an unconventional election year.

What a sleaze bag. Duck the debates and making a complete fool of herself and then jump in unscathed. Bull#.

About that fire in her belly, maybe an antacid would help.

You know, it's a REALLY sad election year when Sarah Palin, the person NOT running for President is the person with the best speech eh?

Sure goes to show that the GOP has about as much charisma as a fist this year. Sarah isn't going to run for President, nobody takes her seriously. Sure sure, soccer moms like to hear her talk every now and then cause she's pretty and somewhat appeals to that crowd.

However the vast majority of the voting populace requires somebody who is actually a leader, with ideas and solutions to America's problems. Sarah only has criticism of other parties and politicians, never has any ideas of her own.

She has no platform, therefore not a candidate.

Don't lower yourself as anyone with a room temperature IQ could make a fool of her!

I wonder how the MSM will 'accept' her.

She belongs right next to, make that under, the mashed potatoes

Sarah is sly like a fox.

Let the others carpet bomb each other.

Go to CPAC and hit a Grand Slam Home Run!

------
Her timing is perfect. Mitt Romney appears desperate and unpresidential.

Sarah should team up with Newt. They would be unstoppable.
