Well said Intelearthling. People who dislike Bush will always dislike him, there's nothing which will change thier mind. It's unfortunate
that there are so many pig headed persons around.
One minute Bin was Wanted Dead Or Alive - the next Saddam
was Head Bad Guy. Sad part is a giant chunk of the US population
fell for it and forgot Bin Laden was responsible for the WTC's demise.
Although Osama hasn't been captured yet, doesn't mean that he has the resources to carry out attacks like he's done in the past. We've in effect,
contained him and it will be a matter of time before he is captured.
Saddam on the other hand, was a threat, with the potential to step in and supply terrorists with weapons that could have been used against us, has
been thwarted. If anyone can recall, Clinton and his Administration had plans to invade Iraq, but never could gather the support to carry through with
these plans. Clinton had said, in effect, that Saddam Hussein is a threat to interests of the U.S. and must be removed from power. It just so happens
that the next administration went through with what Clinton had wanted. What if Clinton had went through with the war plans already layed out? What
about all the talk about, we should have went into Iraq when we liberated Kuwait? You hear so many people say this 5-10 years ago and even today some
still say this. Would this have lessened the casualties that we are experiencing? What about the insurgent attacks we're faced with? Were these same
type people not there 13 years ago? Now that the job is done, where are these voices? If by chance that Gore had won the elections in 2000, 9/11 had
taken place, and had to make the same decisions that Bush had to make, would he be following his former boss's lead or be labeled a "mad,
war-mongering, liar" that has led this nation into a war that was not necessary?
If Bush is voted back in, my friends, the world will dispise us.
Do a little research on the anti-American sentiment that's sweeping
across europe now. These people supported us on 9/11. They didn't have to; they could have easily said: "You support Isreal and incite extremists by
doing so. Why should we feel sorry for you?"
The "world", with a few exceptions, has always despised us. Is it because we, and our few allies, have the ability to liberate people who has been
denied the basics of human rights for so many years and they can't?
Kerry is hardly Joe Godlike; he is, however, preferred over Bush across the globe. We need europeans help to weed out terror cells abroad.
If we vote Bush back in europeans may turn a blind eye to anti-American
forces in their midst.
There's no one that is hardly "Godlike", and the reason most of the world would prefer John Kerry over Bush, is that he wants to "kiss up to
them" and be "their puppet" at the expense of Americans and they know good and well that George Bush won't! Bottom line! Many Europeans are
anti-American forces!
Question for you: how come so many Bush supporters haven't traveled outside the USA? Have you, by the way? My hunch is "no".....you
haven't.
Where's the numbers showing that Bush's supporters have never left the states? I haven't been out of country in over 14 years, but that
shouldn't make any difference!
Totally irrelevant!
