Hi, ATS is wonderful! hope to find more interesting topics along the way.

I was short of 20 posts and I felt this info should be shared sooner then later, sooo here ya go! hopefuly it isn't removed

first story, ever wonder why they hardly put anything in your food thats actully good for ya!? ever wonder why its called the "Food and Drug administration"? I hope this video will shed some light on the subject!

Yeah, I pictured the band for a sec. K was on drums. He was purple. Musta been my synesthesia.

I'm starting a new vitamin course today. It's not that they leave them out of food, it's just too much bother to put something extra in, and it costs more.

You'll be able to discuss in great detail your thoughts and concerns about food (or whatever other topic whets your whistle) after you've gotten 20 posts under your belt. The introduction thread is solely to introduce yourself to the membership.. But we await eagerly the time you do create and/or post up your own..

Here's a few thoughts before getting onto any one of the 1000's of topical rides at Above Top Secret (ATS), the world's largest Civil & Unique Discussion Community.

* Please check out those links posted above before getting on one of the rides. This will save you a lot of future stress, frustration and possible action by one of your friendly neighborhood Mods!

* Please be sure to act like an 'civil' adult and are at least this tall to get on any of the rides, (Johnny stretches his arm outward).

* Please remember that some members are very passionate and vocal depending on what ride your all on. You should be mentally fit, stable and have a strong stomach for theories, conjecture, research and evidence presented that may be contrary to your own.

* Please be "open-minded" enough to understand that sometimes the ride isn't always what you might expect. Be aware you also might end up learning something new and 'out-of-the-box' before you get off the ride.

* Please note that at times the ride gets overly-heated and "it's strongly suggested" to get off the ride to regroup one's thoughts before continuing. This will also help guarantee that the ride will move forward without getting derailed or explode into a fiery trashbin.

* Please have fun! But be aware that if you act in an uncivil-like manner, use profanity, intentially spread a hoax and/or get verbally abusive, you will be removed off the ride by a Moderator. This is not only for your safety, but also for those both young and old on the ride with you.

I'm starting a new vitamin course today. It's not that they leave them out of food, it's just too much bother to put something extra in, and it costs more.

A simple Multivitamin a inexpensive version or generic of the top house pill size Multivitamin is very important for everyone to take daily. I work out even though I am older now and my work outs are based on Military Defense and Ofensive hand to hand combat as well as Running and some other things.

I eat Protiens and have an Organic Garden in the summer but my basic diet is a Steak of Beef, Fish, Pork or achicken Grilled as well as a wide variaty of veetables and a Maximum of two fruits a day withone being citris in nature. I also make sure to have a yogurt every day as this aids in weight loss and tasts good too.

What I don't eat alot of is Pasta, White Bread, Potatos or Canned Corn or Peas.....if you want to put on muscle and avoid putting on fat...DO NOT EAT ANYTHING THAT SAYS LOW FAT! A low fat product is usually higher in calories than a Regular Food.

I eat butter and not margarine and I do not drink SODAS or Diet Sodas as Diet Sodas increase your appetite...and anything that is prepackaged food and has to be Microwaved is POISON! You can eat alot of food and loose weight and stay healthy if you just excersize for 30 to 60 minutes a day. I am 6 ft. 1 inch and Muscular....I am used to working out but I do not try to become inflexible by over lifting and try to mix up my routine. The Multivitamin is a necessity for proper utilization of what you eat for muscle growth and to keep you immune system working well. Split Infinity
