Different rules in Canada for smoking green. They'll confiscate or warn you instead of arrest.

I think it's fair in this case... in the sense that squeezing a suspect's balls is weird and definitely not a part of their job.

however, I have seen videos of a cop in Toronto torturing suspects in the back of his cruiser by tasing them in the balls, and I think that cop is still on the job.
