Possible Nerve gas attack; Syria

Well, I can't seem to connect anything here. LOOKS like there was intelligence on an upcoming gas attack, what with the Isreali Embassies requesting gas masks last week. I also see this Captain Razek was in the 4th battalion, but can't link him to Army Unit 116(bio-weapons unit), which was involved with a spill about 6 years ago.
