Maybe, but there is also today and the future to think about, aspects of the constitution have been bypassed but, today there is a thread in here about a 14 yr old who built a fusion reactor in his garage, times change, perhaps what built a nation can also kill if it has no flexibility over time... My Jury is still out on this matter

Why not? The Palm tree needs to bend to survive the Hurricane sometimes. Religion causes a lot of problems why turn America into a religion, the Constitution is a document that should be amendable

Well the future does not look good at all right now, and to change it would require the will of the people; who like on this thread are only concerned about pie and actors.
The fundamentals of the constitution do not need to be changed because there is no right in a fair society to infringe on someone’s personal life when they aren’t hurting anybody etc..
If what they were doing was good they wouldn’t have to hide it from you like they do and lie to you etc..
