Have you seen the picture in your first link?
Looks like a doll.
The witnesses were able to see the alien or suspicious, walk undisturbed for several minutes, so that the worker is able even to illuminate it with the torch and note that the color of his skin was gray, with long legs and curves and apparently naked

Someone tried to use mobile phones to alert local securities but they couldn't do that due to a temporary absence of signal.

Anyways, OP, if there was someone who took out a phone to alert police, couldn't they have photo'd or video'd the alien?
Witness Leonard D'Andrea, worker Codroipo to Caffaro, who was driving his car when, while visiting the Napoleon of the new roundabout at Mortlake, he was forced to stop.
I noticed the cars stopped, I queued - says D'Andrea - about the time I thought of an accident. But when I fell, I noticed that in front of three cars was a strange creature that walked along the road. It was about four meters high and was silent.
D'Andrea wanted to tell his father but the phones were not working, there was no field. Then took the torch and lit the creature grayish, noting that her legs were slightly bent forward with the back formed by a sort of tendons very large. "While the illuminavo, noted that the head had a round shape and ending in a conical shape. This creature "walked" on the road, not caring at all the cars stopped and people - reminiscent of Andrea - In front of me was a Mazda with a family. The mother took the two children hiding behind the seats, while two girls behind me wanted to call 113 but the phones were not working
Then the silhouette has fled in the direction of Lestizza, Leonard tried to follow her but without success. Other people who live in the area confirmed that they have seen something "strange". Extraterrestrial or joker good to "celebrate" the Carnival?
Exactly. I just bought the cheapest phone for a gift for somebody, and it had a camera which isn't great but it's not half bad. It's got to be pretty hard to get a phone without a camera these days. So if they had a phone, I think we can say:

That was my first thought, why didn't anyone snap photos or take videos. Every phone these days has that capability, but nobody bothered?
