Markus Reugels. He places an upside-down picture in the background and then shoots the water drops in the foreground; the background picture will be
mirrored in the water. Love it.
He also does other photos; here's a bit of milk or cream dropped in water:

A few years ago I got an email where someone photographed water droplets in a garden and their reflections of the flowers, it was gorgeous.
I wish I could afford a camera that could do that.
