Now this is just ridiculous, being a fellow rider, I understand you want to have some fun sometimes.. so a wheelie here and there, and some speeding is nothing too crazy. But to pull A GUN for someone having a good time?! the worst thing is I bet the rider thought he was getting his bike stolen by a thug at gunpoint.. show a BADGE FIRST...

I carry a pistol... had this been me.. that cop would be dead because I would have thought I was getting my bike stolen at gun point...This infuriates me.. Opinions ?

He was the charged with recording the police officer with 3 charges of "wiretapping" ..

I hate America..
