The SECOND you create a "Common Sense" Party, and it gains any political power at all, it will be systematically infested with leeches, locusts, cockroaches, and other nefarious parasites.

Thus is true of any nexus of human power.

The use of taxes dollars is spelled out very well in the Documents that created the US.
Use for drug rehab, welfare and housing is not what it was designed to do.

If you want it changed, maybe start your own country.

Who would want to stop thinking big?

I just hope not everybody stops thinking big, or wanting more because they don't see the point to continue. We need people to think big, to keep us moving forward.

Thinking big or wanting more doesn't make a person evil or greedy.

It amazes me that people STILL think that some how their political party is better then the other. We have had the same two political parties in charge as the minority and as the majority throughout our history, and yet we are still dealing with the same issues and nothing has gotten better but rather worse.

Both Democrats AND Republicans are for bigger goverment because the lobbyist clients controls both of them. This makes sense because if the lobbyist clients control congress (who creates the laws) then they control the market and the more control the get the better. Hence, Republicans and Democrats have both increased the power and size of the goverment. I assure you that your party ideals are not above the temptation of money and power. In addition, it would be rather stupid for lobbyist clients to invest Billions on 50/50 odds when the law is written to allow them to have 100% control of the outcome by influencing (lobbying) both sides.

It doesn't matter which party is in control until you remove the corruption in Washington , because they are both working for the highest bidder in Washington. You have to be naive to think that a multimillion dollar lobbyist corporation cares more about party ideals or whats better for the tax payers then their bottom line.

The party is not what matters its the individual that matters and besides Ron Paul and a few others neither party has any integrity when it comes to their voice,ideals, and voting history. Their ideals and voting records are not in sync and that is of a concern.

By the way political cheerleaders as yourself are the reason they continue to $crew us, by keeping the masses busy with pointless arguments or distractions from the real issues. The real issue is NOT healthcare,economy,taxes,war,etc those are just symptoms.

The real issue are:
1. why has our health coverage declined while healthcare corporation profits have inclined.
2. why have American jobs disappeared and continue to be exported while multinational Corporate profits have inclined.
3. Why is our tax dollars used to bailout multinational corporations who in return hide their profits overseas or export their jobs overseas.
4. Why are we buying weapons for foreign countries ,supporting foreign countries , borrowing money with our tax dollars and paying interest to support foreign governments. We are bankrupt and borrowing money to do that ,but the multinational corporations are having record profits using our tax dollars to buy their services and products.

Basically, the system is working PERFECTLY AS DESIGNED for the multinational corporate lobbyist and their colleagues in congress (both Democrats and Republicans who are exempt from insider trading).

So until you get rid of the financial grey area in Washington, nothing will get fixed and history has shown that it doesn't matter which party is in control.

Some times I think politics is the new religion. Its has become blasphemy to even question your own party or to point out questionable actions by one of your party officials.

Sad they are winning and you are playing into their game.

I dont remember the Constitution saying anything about "pre-emptive strikes", free health care for life, free money for school, or any of that. In fact, for a period of "no longer than 2 years" was the original wording.

Furthermore you serve for a 4 year term and get taken care of for life by us, the taxpayer. Please explain to me how that isnt "socialism' or "communism". You work for 4 years, and reap benefits for life. Im sorry, just because you "work for it" doesnt make a damn difference about anything. You are a hypocrite, on several counts.

There is no Free Health care in the Military. You work for a smaller paycheck then jobs outside the Military, thus getting Health Care as part of it.
Education? Not free again, as all Military members pay into the GI Bill. With again, working for a reduced paycheck.
If you don't pay into the GI Bill, you don't get anything.
