Those are dust specks on the "Left Eye" of the Navigation camera, or "Nav-Cam" (the nav-cam has two cameras for binocular 3D vision). These spots appear on virtually ALL of the left-nav-cam pictures, but they don't show up on the right-nav-cam pictures, which are taken simultaneously with the left.

Here is another left-nav-cam picture (taken on a different day the ones in your link were taken) with those same spots:

I can see the dark spots, but it's hard to tell what they are. Perhaps they are sink holes similar to what NASA's LRO spacecraft has seen, described here in this link:

Those are the imprints left by the air bags when the spacecraft carrying the Mars Rover Opportunity made its "bouncy and rolling" landing on Mars.

...By the way, it was named "Eagle Crater" in part because the airbag-encased rover rolled right into it upon landing -- which is like a hole-in-one in golf, hence the name "Eagle" (which is two under par in golf; a hole-in-one is virtually always on a par-3 hole).

That is a Rock Circle that depicts a chinese lantern......couple martians with rope and rakes made a funny.

There must be a lot of those imprints around.

Funny though, I seem to recall that the Rovers didn't have a video camera. This film must have been dshot by one of the Secret Astronaut corps....

Either that or you are hoaxing the thread with a video taken in Nevada... oh nice tripod shadow too... don't recall THAT on a rover

That's obviously not Mars. You can see the shadow of the tripod and camera that took this footage (and that shadow didn't look like a mars probe, but rather a simple common tripod.)

If the video uploader is claiming it's Mars, then they are either blissfully ignorant or they are trying to fool us.

So I take it you don't think it was one of the Mars colonists who took it? I mean the colors are right and all...

sigh.. it is just so hard to tell with NASA these days.. I mean John and I were out by the mine a while back, driving around in the ATV's and we spotted this old Pathfinder

The bright blue sky is obviously not Mars, I was just waiting for the NASA colorists to chime in, (was rewarded).

Why wouldn't there be nice stars in the night sky from Mars? One would think with tiny moons, 100th of Earth's atmosphere, and 59% solar irradiance earth gets, stars would be more prominent.

What is it about that hill in Death Valley suggests it's not real?

Just put it in any photo software and zoom in on the pixels... easy enough to spot

As to the color. even ArMaP agrees Martian skies are blue

But even on Earth, the skies are red during a sand storm
