An Introduction Rant Prediction and maybe Ban

Good rant...I really feel you on the Obama bias. I still love the guy, even if I disagree with a lot of what has happened in the last 3 years.

Good replies and keep searching, people like you make me really enjoy ATS.

But I wonder how Obama knew Boehner(R) was going to be the Speaker before the 2010 elections even took place

Makes us wonder if they were expecting a Repub victory 2 years ahead of time !!

But then why tank the legislation in favor of special interests.

Nancy Pelosi(D) was the Speaker in the 111th Congress (2009/2010).

The Repubs were minority in 2009/2010.

So Obama maybe really wanted to close gitmo but tptb said no, it means he is TOO WEAK. Anyone can promise the moon (Newt) its about delivery. Ill have sympathy for Obama the day he speaks truth and not corporate script from his teleprompter.

It's a tough forum. And even tougher for some to see the other side of the coin .
I think most disappointment from Obama supporters
are the things he didn't do. I cut him slack because
imagine the establishment he's up against. (plus, IMO, he's not their favorite color)
If we all take a step back and remember it wasn't the policies
Bush/Cheney didn't do ( except regulation) that hurt us, it was the ones they did do.
I think you & Starchild won the award for nicest thing
said to me on ATS . So thanks again. Back to the trenches.

Thank you for reading my long rant. And yes that is what I believe.
I don't think it's weak,I think it's a statement on what powers are really
running the show. More of a choosing your battles situation.
