If you're still within the time limit just hit the edit button when you go to the post in question. Delete the comment and add a brief explanation in the comment bar/reason for editing. If its too late... just let it be.. It happens to everyone. I posted new threads without any content whatsoever just by accidentally hitting the enter key.
