What I said was that anyone could look up the ACTUAL RATINGS and see the show was failing.

The show was failing no matter how many quotes you post that claim it was not. Just look at the actual ratings that have been posted twice in this thread.

October numbers to date prove to be Napolitano’s lowest rated month for total viewers (P2+) since May ’11, and the absolute lowest rated month in the demo all year, averaging a measly 50,000 total viewers, with 8,000 in the demo. He’s also down 10% in total viewers, and a whopping 43% in the demo just since last month. To make matters worse, he loses more than half of the audience that the network’s top-rated Lou Dobbs Tonight brings in on a regular basis.

This is some major conspiracy they have been working on.

Well, apparently the Judge is getting a little annoyed with the people who have been bombarding Fox News to voice their objections about the cancellation. He posted this on Facebook a little while ago:

Many of you are not happy with the cancellation of FreedomWatch, and you have sent emails to my Fox colleagues expressing that unhappiness. In television, shows are cancelled all the time. Two of my former shows have been cancelled, and after each cancellation, Fox has rewarded me with more and better work. This cancellation--along with others that accompanied it--was the result of a business judgment here, and is completely unrelated to the FreedomWatch message. It would make a world of a difference for all of us, if you would KINDLY STOP SENDING EMAILS TO FOX. I am well. Your values are strong. I will continue to articulate those values here at Fox. But the emails many of you are sending are unfairly interfering with my work and that of my colleagues here. The emails even violate our values because they interfere with the use of private property. I have accepted the cancellation decision with good cheer and a sense of gearing up for the future. You should as well. As a favor to me, and as I have asked this past weekend, PLEASE STOP SENDING EMAILS TO MY COLLEAGUES AT FOX ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF FreedomWatch; and please stop NOW. My point is, unless Judge Napolitano comes straight out and says he believes he was fired for the content of his program, people shouldn't jump to conclusions about what is going on. Now, there is a YouTube vid that has gone viral depicting one of the Judge's last programs that is being promoted as the reason he was fired from Fox.....yet there is no evidence to support this as fact.

People need to calm down. Acting on emotions creates problems we don't need.

I am another person who is upset by the cancelling of the Judge. I am a faithful watcher of Freedom Watch. I respect the Judge's wishes so I will not be writing Fox about my disappointment in their cancelling a great show. In our house, they did the dishes so I could watch the Judge. Looks like I am back on dishes detail. I would rather do dishes then watch O'Reilly.
