A singular officer standing at ground level reading a police statement into a megaphone to a crowd of 700 or more protesting vocally?! That's what the NYPD claim was prior warning of arrest?! As someone who has extensive experience in event management and the psychology of crowds - this video displays a high level ineptitude by the NYPD. At a minimum that officer needs to be elevated several feet above the crowd, and needs to get everyone's attention before issuing his warning. #FAILreply to post by PsykoOps
