i can't log in as listerofsmeg

tried my regular passwords many times but cant log in.
stupid me hasn't updated my email address on my account and i cant log in on my old email.
have i been banned for some reason or has someone for hacked my account.
what the hell do i do.

Contact ATS Admin.
Be sure your user name doesn't Break any of the T&C.

if my name is against T+Cs i'd be happy to change i but i would like my account back, so many post and hours wasted otherwise. dont really feel like getting another 200 posts out just to get in chat

I couldn't log in either with my password.
Just request a new password like I did and then log in with it....then change your password back to what it use to be.

Could not log in with my password either. Had to reset it. This seems to happen ever blue moon on ATS. I dont know why though.. Hope you sort it. Try contacting a mod..

Same mate, I had to reset my password too. Try U2Uing admin to get it sorted for you if you forgot to update your email.

Maybe the admins can change your email to a new email address of your saying then you can do the reset password thing? Just a thought....

Must be a common problem today.

Yep, I had the same problem. Tried multiple times to log in, even cleaned up comp and tried again, ran a scan for any nasty stuff, even checked the ports for any untoward activity. Nothing. Had to be a glitch at the ATS end somewhere.

So, finally used the email thing to get new pw then reset it to one I can actually remember...

OP, now at least you know for the future that it's worthwhile keeping your email up to date...

What's up? I just had this problem as well.

I come to ATS many times per day and then all of a sudden my password doesn't work.

Creeps me out. Yeah I just requested a new password but still, how does this happen?

Same happened to me. Guess there must be something up with the log in server, or maybe they're forcing people to change passwords that haven't changed for a long time - I've had the same one for years.
