Again, and anyone is still confused about this, listen up: that part in the beginning of the video which says "UN property" is APART of the film. It's meant to convey the idea that after Israel gets nuked, UN workers (since all international efforts are facilitated via the UN) found the footage and therefore the video is 'UN property".

For the sake of emphasis I accidentally combined the A with the P, though I'm surprised that would cause you to miss what I was saying. Instead of "Apart" as in, away from, I meant "a part", as in, an aspect of.
