Have you ever heard of sun gazing? Its when you stare at the sun ( during safe hours ) and you receive all of the nutrients and energy you need to survive. Never have to eat again.

Ok I thought it was the opposite. I wasnt sure if we sat on the plain or equator. But we are passing through one of them during the winter solstice this year.

I'm not trying to be a thread crapper, because this sort of thing does interest me, but why haven't any of the other solar maximums produced huge awakenings or '___' style trips?

The stars of the Zodiac constellations sit roughly on the Sun's equator - I beleive our Solar systm is at 60% to the galactic plane. The Centre of the Milky Way is somewhere near Saggita A - which is roughly somewhere between Saggitarius and Scorpio. At present the Sun is seen to rise against the background stars of Pisces moving into Aquarius. When you look at the actual Milky Way and gaze towards and beyond Saggita A the centre is somewhere around there though not visible as to the naked eye as it is shrouded by inter steelar dust in what is called a dark ridge - When you look toward Orion that is our region of the Milky Way and is approx 2/3 out from the spiral arms - as far as i am aware

I would not be hasty to write off dramatic events occuring this year judging by the pattern or trend of events that have already occured in the last few years.
