The simple chances of getting 1 such earthquake within 15 minutes of any given event are 1 in 3.5 * 24 * 4 - or about 1 in 340.

So no, not a million to 1.

I'm not sure if HAARP is behind this since they actually warned us. HAARP has no doubtably been behind some "natural" disasters in the past but this time I have to say that it was just a natural disaster that was forseen and we were warned. Just my opinion

didnt know Oklahoma area gets a quake every 3 days on average

That puts it all in pure coincidental perspective

3.1's are childs play. I sleep through anything less than a 4 and I'm a light sleeper! Pretty crazy that it happened right after the drill though, I'm open to suggestions.
